Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging
Returns must include your order number or proof of purchase
Certain items (like personalized, clearance, or final sale items) may not be returnable — these will be clearly marked on the product page

How to Start a Return

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
A brief reason for the return

We’ll respond with return instructions, including the shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
